Review

FastStone Image Viewer 3.5 is an image viewer that also can browse, edit and convert images.

It can also compare and manage images, remove red eyes, send the pictures by email. Its edition features include resizing, color adjustment and cropping.

When you use the full-screen mode, when you move over the edges of the image, you can access four toolbars that will pop up: Thumbnail Images, Image Properties, Control Bar and Major Functions.

With FastStone Image Viewer 3.5 you can build slideshows with music using the program´s 156 transition effects. The result is saved in an .EXE file, that you can then play in any computer.

The program also can build wallpapers, using 86 predefine frames and varying the opacity of the image. You can download photos from a digital camera or card reader, or acquire them from a scanner. You can capture images from the screen, apply effects. The program even lets you edit your images using an external program.

Is also a powerful format converter, allowing you to batch convert and rename entire image collections.
